CME for Nurse Practitioners: NPs can claim credit from ISDPA conference programs, however NPs must get verification directly from American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

CME for all other health care professionals, please check with your respective credentialing organizations to be sure. The CME credentialing for the ISDPA is done through the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).

CME Certificates

CME Certificates will be sent to all participants via the email address provided on the online survey.

Attendees will be asked to complete an online Needs Assessment Survey at the conclusion of the conference. The Needs Assessment Survey will help us to continually improve our conferences for the benefits of our attendees. This will help us evaluate the event and continually make improvements for your benefit.

CME Certificates for General Sessions will be emailed within seven business days of completing the Online Survey. Please check your emails from dawn.webb@bcimgt.com 

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of $75.00 will be charged for all registrations cancelled prior to July 9, 2018. There will be no refunds or credits for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the conference start date, with the following exceptions.

  • Death in the Family – Provide written notification – When approved, a full refund will be made.
  • Medical Reason – Provide a letter from your Attending Physician stating the reason preventing your attendance at the Conference – If approved, your Conference Registration fee, less a $75 cancellation fee will be made.
  • Natural Disaster – Provide a letter indicating the circumstances preventing your attendance at the Conference – If approved, your Conference Registration fee, less a $75 cancellation fee will be made.

Please allow four (4) weeks for processing of any approved refund.

ISDPA reserves the right to cancel the Conference up to four (4) weeks prior to the event. In the event of cancellation, conference organizers cannot be responsible for reimbursement of airline fees and/or accommodation expenses.

Payment by Credit Card

All credit card charges relating to Conference will be made by ISDPA, your credit card statement will reflect as such. If you are using a company credit card please provide your employer with this information. Please do not dispute this charge, as it will invalidate your Registration. Checks are no longer accepted as payment for ISDPA Conference Registration.

Meals

The Conference program fee includes breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks for the PARTICIPANT ONLY from Thursday – Saturday. All meals will be provided by pharmaceutical or other industry as part of product theaters. Conference registrants should not register to participate in the meals if they are barred from accepting meals provided by the pharmaceutical and/or other industry by their employer and/or state licensing board. ISDPA cannot provide separate meals for participants who do not attend product theaters and participants will need to make their own meal arrangements. Registrants are asked to check their emails frequently prior to the conference as sponsored dinners and after-hour will require an RSVP to attend as space at off-site restaurants may be limited.

The Conference program fee includes breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks for the PARTICIPANT ONLY, as detailed in the Conference Program. All meals will be provided by pharmaceutical or other industry as part of product theaters. It is the responsibility of the participant to know their state laws and employer regulations regarding acceptance of meals and gifts. Conference registrants should not register to participate in the meals if they are barred from accepting meals and gifts (inclusive of certain thresholds) provided by the pharmaceutical and/or other industry by their employer and/or state licensing board. ISDPA cannot provide separate meals for participants who do not register to attend product theaters, and participants will need to make their own meal arrangements.

Photographing & Recording Policy

You consent to the photographing and recording of your likeness and voice and the use of these photographs and/or recordings singularly or in conjunction with other photographs and/or recordings for advertising, publicity, commercial or other business purposes. You understand that the term “photograph” encompasses both still photographs and motion picture footage. You further consent to the reproduction and/or authorization by the Producer to reproduce and use said photographs and recordings, for use in all domestic and foreign markets. You hereby release the Producer and any of its associated or affiliated companies, their directors, officers, agents, employees and customers, and appointed advertising agencies, their directors, officers, agents and employees from all claims of every kind on account of such use. You agree that the Producer shall be the sole owner of all material captured at [event] and reproduced for post-event products.

Session Photography and/or Video Recording Policy

Photography and/or video recording of any kind are strictly prohibited in the Conference sessions. Violators of this policy are subject to ejection from the Conference and refunds will not be issued. Each registrant will be required to agree to these terms while completing their registration and should abide by them.
